I worked briefly for my mom's high end ladies shoe store back in my teens. I have been serving people in a different manner by ways of serving in the Military for 12 Years, being a Long Term Care Aide and caring for the elderly. I was a nurses assistant in various Intensive care Units and delivered mail door to door for the Postal service. I have also been on the receiving end of the retail experience and know what I like and dislike in a sales associate. I was raised with the addage that the customer is always right (handled properly).
