to convince to leadership you should prepare data and be authentic, you should not enquire or have knowledge of leadership or culture mumbai/hyderabad at least when you are getting rejected. I mean whats the point in getting rejection when you somehow got too much of negative information. you should learn to write properly and not spread negativity by writing fake points. I understand you might be going through a rough phase and may be frustrated with the company but please write authentic pros and cons. I am a new employee at Hyd location, your negative review can impact company hiring quality hence will impact company performance and existing employees. Your review can cause me an employment loss. BTW I am an employee redpin at hyd location and have work exp of FAANG and a grad of tier 1 college. Leaderships are good, I am enjoying my time here especially the culture, Hybrid mode with no enforcement of 2 days a week allowing me flexibility a good time with my family (I hate traffic too). Its paying good packages (slightly less than FAANG ya but good enough considering the Hybrid and flexible work policy)
