Used an example from previous experience, diffused situation by separating the employees, had a talk with each employee separately, heard each one out, presented pros & cons of how they went about with the other employee, asked each if they would be okay to meet with other, then had each state how they felt about the situation & come to mutual agreement in how the behavior of each affected the other & to start anew.
