Follow the process. Look at the order form, verify what is ordered. Does it have all the required parts and pieces? Are the required permissions and forms attached and ready? If not contact the customer, verify order, send/receive the process required form. Send package on to proper approval process. Then order the requested Items, track the shipping and delivery of the order. Then VERIFY with customer that all was received and the customer is happy.
