How to retain customers on Oladoc.

There could be various reason. A doctor app; one will only use if they are in need of some help. Sometimes you went through an app and may be want to recommend somebody. That feature is not there. But there are certain health care consideration that everyone should take and that can be addressed. Skin care, dental check up, general health check up etc Secondly maintaining a profile can also help in identifying what we can suggest to the customer. The interviewer said they cant ask the customer to make the account. That sounds weird to me. Profile is the best thing to engage customer. it opened a whole debate. The interviewer said, no asking somebody to have account or throwing him notification if he jumps out of the website is not what they believe of. The interviewer believed that better option is to try to engage customer through facebook ads which are shown as per the interest of the customer. I pointed out that we are here discussing to make sure a customer retain. An ad could be an option but a customer may not click an ad even if it is relevant to him. He may not visit the web or come back to mobile. Fb or any such site would throw ad based on its own analysis but what a customer know could be clear to us if we maintain his profile. Or even link up his profile with his family or friend. The email or phone number is least that you can have to direct link with the customer and for customized experience. The interview said but what if we ask our visitors to suddenly subscribe and they loose interest. I was like oh come on. People are happy making profile. And if you give more than account like medical history. what not you can do. Then i proposed a solution like they better auto make a profile of a user who is already at their app via phone number collection and ask new one. We can any point judge the results if this put visitors down by throwing the features for a week or so. The A/B testing. The debate continue on type of social media ads to user experience. They are cheaters. they implemented this feature. Without offering me a job. So i would recommend that never go into detail so much and keep judging them and better if ypu have other opportunity dont bother this company. A person at senior level dont have basic ethics.
