This is my reply to Simplify Digital's response: 1. Firstly, I don't think any amount of overhauling would realistically stop them from doing what agencies are used to: harboring secretaries and whipping up lies. They are to blame for this, not you. Secondly, things they say are not always about their clients, so even if they did represent them 100% accurately, it would not stop other lies and secretaries. 2. You were not there when I was told this so you can't be confident. I was, hence confident the interviewer said this. I know this doesn't give Simplify a good image so you will not doubt your opinion.
