The ads that they post all the time, state the pay for this position is $17-22/hour plus bonuses with at least 3 years of experience. They offered me $18/hr even though I have 14 years of experience. After I hesitated, they came up to $19/hour, which is still low with that much experience. I don't rely on bonuses as those are usually negatively manipulated, and is true with this company.
