In the training program I have been in for 2 years I had to coordinate with 23 other teammates. In my sub-team I had to work with 9 other people and in some other service related activities I needed to work with a partner. In all of these I learned how to work with people of all kinds of ages and personalities which trained me to be flexible and accommodating to meet the need and achieve the goal depending on the group I was with.
