It is a process, 1. need to first setup production parallel pipeline on GCP to validate the data from on-prem to GCP 2. Once matched need to switch the flow of actual data from on-prem to GCP pipeline based on cut off date 3. Stop the on-prem flow 4. Migrate the remaining data
