Determining the current "is"-situation: first understanding the customer's current process and how they would like to improve/optimize it with Laboperator. Then understanding what is already covered by the existing capabilities/modules and where some gaps may exist. Then collecting relevant technical documentation and communicating to the engineering/development team to aid in understanding the customer's needs. And finally delivery of the product and review/feedback through workshops and help sessions.
