I discussed how I'd discover what the project was first with the team/management and find out any specifications that are crucial to the project. I'd then contact multiple suppliers to recieve further information/quotes and feed this back to colleagues. This would then be used to determine a supplier, who I'd liase with in a professional but friendly manner to order/organise any product(s), providing any information/artwork they require in a timely and organised fashion.
