How would you deal with a difficult attendee during a training session?

I replied with a couple of examples that I have come across during my career. The main point here is to get yourself in the customer's shoes and try and understand the change in behavior. Then take a set of steps to resolve an possible issues. Also, make sure you clear the objectives of the course from the very beginning so as to set expectations uniformly and resolve any ambiguities.
