How would you deal with a difficult customers?

Sorry I hit the wrong button. My answer is the customer always comes first, they are at the store to find something that they need, or desire. It is the sales persons job to make them feel welcome, and engaged with a knowledgable sales person that only have the customer's desires on their mind. I love interacting with the public and helping them find the best items that suit their needs and desires. And if that means spending hours making sure everything is exactly what the customer wants then that's what we do.
