As the nurse in charge, it is best to always remain professional and discreet when handling these issues but also shows how true leadership is handled. I think to mintain that is to ensure you and the person in question are in a quiet enviornment with no one around to overhear you and speak to them calmly and professionally as to what the situation is. It is always best to remain calm and unbiased. Then you'd get the other person's side in the same format.. and I think in my opinion you should allow them to iron it out themselves (as we're all adults) in your presence. After letting all their frustrations out and finally coming to an understanding, this should be let known to them that they must continue to work professionally
