In this type of situation it is always good to have a shortened list of your BEST strengths to name like 4-5 such as work ethic, skills, personality, and leadership. however, for your weaknesses you want to use weaknesses that are actually strengths. some of you may go "HUH!?" but this is true. what i mean is instead of saying i dont work hard or im unorganized, you say " well, one weakness i have is my work ethic. I tend to take more work than i can handle to get a lot accomplished and it wears me thin." This statement not only makes this guy go "WOW. this guy knows how to work." it shows him your ability to use a question or situation that could possibly ruin you, like this questions weaknesses could, to your advantage which shows your retail abilities.
