If youre nervous then you can tend to forget while in the middle of a sentence so memorize it before hand. Also, try not to pick the same things as everyone else. If youre afraid that this will happen and you cant pick a new one in time then sit in the front so that youll be the first to answer. That way, you can say whichever you want!
