I would make sure everyone is safe. Safety is first. If a student caused or attempted anything dishonorable to happen, I would let them know there are consequences for actions. Instead of recess that day I would have meeting with the student and their family and staff present. A consistent plan of action must be implemented to address the behavior and support the student in their healthy development. Comfort must always be provided to all victims and witnesses so that there is peace and safety for all always.
