How would you do you prioritize your work if you've made commitments to multiple people.

I would prioritize based on necessity: 1. How much financial gain/loss would there be if the priority was worked on first or last. 2. How soon is this commitment due. 3. How does my fulfillment of my commitment effect customer satisfaction. I would use tools, such as my calendar to plan when I can complete tasks.
