I would keep my calendar up to do so that my team is aware of where I am and what I am doing throughout the day. I would never want someone to have to find me or ask me to complete a task more than once. I always strive to be a subject matter expert and go-to guru. If I find a better or more efficient way to accomplish a task, I want to share it with my team so that we can all be on the same page.
