How would you handle a call from a frustrated executive customer?

I would reassure them that their time was valuable and that I would be working diligently to make sure that their issues were resolved as quickly and correctly as possible. I would also make sure they knew I was taking ownership of the issue and would make sure I was communicative from beginning to end to make sure they were satisfied with the resolution.
