I would listen to what the problem is and then walk the person through how I could resolve the issue, so that way they would know I would be able to correct the issue.

I would Calmry to resolve the issue, I would try to reassure the client that I can help them to be happy again.

I would assure them they will be happy before they leave and I would stay very positive
