I will stay in the constant communication with the parents and always deal them in cool and calm manner .Firstly i will listen them then i value their ideas and after that i will discuss the positive points of the student as well the academic performance reports and tell them the process used in the classroom to engage the student learning.I will assure them that i would pay special attention towards their child and notice the learner everytime what he or she is doing.
