I will identify her difficulties , If she has a lot to do due to high enrollment, I will escalate to the PI to have an additional delegated assistant coordinator to help her, if she has difficulties with the eCRF and IVRS and IWRS, I will retrain her, I will also retrain her on the protocol, especially in regard to dosing, subject visit windows as specified by the protocol
