Professionally, and respectfully. Being a passive person helps to just keep me calm no matter what case.

With respect and try to ask what went wrong and how can i help fix it so the customer can be satisfied

There's always going to be a rude customer. Some intentionally, some not. You still keep the respect. And be as kind as possible. If there's a problem, try to get to the bottom of it. Help. Comfort.
