As irate customer is always very angry so be clam and first listen his complete problem and try to solve max same time or if any thing belong to other dept than ask the time frame and try to give full and clear picture so customer should know the time frame But have to follow the complain and try to resolve it as soon as possible and once done call the customer and tell him it’s done so by ur work he can give u Refferance as well
