How would you handle conflict in your team?

Firstly I acknowledged that conflict are bound to happen at some point but precaution should be taken to get the team members gel together by using team activities. Special focus on introverted members. And when conflict occurs then need to discuss the reason with team members and 'Listen' to their greivances. If provided with a genuine issue need to address the issue and correct the same but if the issue is unfounded then instruct the member regarding the same. For any untoward/misdemeanor discuss with HR and proceed with company policy regarding the same.
