I said open communication is key. If I am not doing something that someone wants me to do, or if I am doing something that someone doesn't like, I want them to tell me. I will fi it, I will have a growth mindset and learn from it. Teaching is all about learning for and with your kids. Always be thoughtfully adaptive.
