HSE policy includes the guidelines for implementation and HSEMS provides the tools required to maintain the performance, a well developed HSEMS contains measures to audit, evaluate and review organizational performance. A positive HSE culture could only be attained by committed, self motivated performance, leading by example and guided by good virtues and ethics.
