A salesperson needs to- 1. Tell the sriking features of the product 2. To tell the benefits of the product 3. To compare and find the less competitive features of other similar products if available Thus a salesman can create a potential demand doing the above things in a convincing way and not forcing the customer to buy. Because when need is created, customer will search for the product.
