We brainstormed how to analyse the problem at hand, via a few methodologies, among others to critically assess the potential factors that could be the cause of the problem. We then moved on towards what steps we would take in the shortest term and what we have to rectify in the longer term should we need to adapt a new work culture environment at the workplace. We discussed also a few potential concrete solutions that we can take in order to solve the issues at hand.
