Ultimately they wanted someone to understand every part of there environment without any prior knowledge, any answer would not cover what was required due to the size of them. Bare in mind that costco are not just a warehouse/retailer, they have gas stations across europe, different vendors per nation etc. Personally, I dont see how you could answer this without information being provided beforehand.
