This is typical of McCains, I WAS a senior manager there and I watched this and many other despicable actions by them. They do not care about their people this is fact. Heck they ghosted me three times and then after 9 interviews hired me and then the relocation process was a nightmare and the corporate HR people were horrible for support and they ended up owing me 40000 dollars I was out of pocket for and took over three months to recoup. I have a lot more to add but I’ll leave it at this. McCains is not a reputable company any longer, this is fact and I am open to chat anytime with anyone on this topic . Carberry Manitoba was where I was at and they are terrible. People are awesome in plant, workers very great at what they do when given the tools and time, Most management are great people as well. Plant manager is new and way too emotional and flip flops and has no direction, HR in plant does what they are told.
