Worst interview experience ever. The company asked me 12 hours before to go to Madrid office knowing I am in Barcelona(without any reimbursement). They wouldn't change the interview date and do not accept phone interview either. I made it to the interview on time but they asked me to wait for 2 hours more. Group interview was filled with insulting questions like which one in your group has the worst contribution, and even though I refused to answer this question they insisted on honesty for candidate. They announced in public candidates that did not successfully complete the interview can go home now. I had to wait for 5 more hours for the second round interview and they challenged everything on my CV aggressively. After one full day 3 rounds interview, Huawei asked us to go home and wait for notice. 2 more phone interviews came after and an online test (which you have to finish within 8 hours you get the email, and no reschedule even I told them I had a full day of class). After completion of all tests I waited for 2 months to hear from them again (during the period I asked for an update but they never replied). The rejection email is very simple and standardised without even a salutation. I asked for the interview feedback and of course, never replied. At the very beginning I was just exploring opportunities so I attended the interview, but after the first round I was pretty sure I don't want to join the company, but I continued the whole process just to see how ridiculous they can get. Huawei can never get the idea that candidates are not your slaves.
