The interview process have 3 steps: Qualification interview with HR department; Technical inteview with business directors and Final Interview with one member of the Board of Directors. The main ida is to give a global vision of the company as well as the main functions .

Contacted via email only. Not much paperwork. Long waiting time but given short time to share. Language barrier and they insisted on not speaking in Chinese so not sure if they understand me.
