Entrevista
There are 3 steps of the interview:
1. Technical Interview
2. Interview with HR director
3. Another director
First interview took one day and if you pass they will call you again for another interview in the next few days.
I didn't pass the 1st interview.
Though interview is easy, the hardest part is going there if you're from another city and find parking.
So, I took 3-4 hours to prepare for the first interview.

Describe your project and draw it on a piece of paper.

Entrevista
d'abord l'envois du curiculum vitae et de la lettre de motivation, puis un entretient avec le CTO du labo de recherche. Là une longue discussion sur l'entreprise elle même, sur ce que fait le labo et à quoi ça sert, et questions sur ce que je recherche.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 2 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Huawei Technologies.

I had a quick call with the HR, after few weeks the project lead of the team called me with an informative talk and few technical questions. Then after few weeks another call with another researcher of the team where I showed my projects and he asked other technical questions

Entrevista
Very nice HR department and the management team was open to any questions from the candidate. The meetings lasted 30 minutes each and were very efficient. Lastly, very clear process for on boarding without anything complicated.
