1. Contacted by one internal + one external HR agent for two different positions within the same team in Huawei Digital Power, Nuremberg 2. One agent acknowledged that they contacted because the hiring manager liked my online profile 3. After showing my full interest, both HR agents informed me that I'll get an interview date soon, what was marked in their HR software. However, there was no update for more than 6 weeks. 4. After knocking one HR agent, I got a direct invitation from the secretary without asking whether the time was suitable for me. 5. The interview was full of disappointments, the main hiring person was late for nearly 8-10 minutes. Other person started the conversation, continued the discussion with different AI topics in a very friendly manner. The first 45 minutes was nice. However, the later part was extremely disappointing, The main hiring person started asking some weird substandard questions. It appeared that he was not prepared at all. 6. At the end, it appeared to me that the hiring manager was not interested in to proceed further. Nevertheless, why he agreed to having a nonsensical interview of 100 minutes was completely strange.
