First we did a test Maths and English and successful applicants moved to do a second test on networking and telecoms on the same day. 2 months later I was called for an interview. 2 weeks later I was called for another interview.

The interview is consisted of three phases, The first one is a technical one it is easy one because they don't really require you to know much about mobile communications. The second one is with the HR, they are the common HR questions. The third and final one was with a director or manager, it was also easy and he asked some questions relevant to HR questions.
