I had an initial screening call with a recruiter. It was pleasant and clear, and the Huawei representative was insightful and professional. In the interview, we mainly discussed about my experience in the recruiting field. Pretty quickly the interviewer stated that I might be too senior compared to what they're looking for, and then explained about the role responsibilities. I agreed with them. Regardless of the role not being suitable and me not moving forward with the process, the experience was very positive as it was efficient and pleasant.
