The recruiters I worked with were generally very helpful. The team also seemed nice though there were some mixed messages during the interview process. I was brought in for an in person interview but didn't receive an offer. In the rejection email, the recruiter said she could share the team's feedback from the interview, but when I responded and said I'd appreciate the feedback, I never heard back. The combination of that with the mixed messages during the interview process was unfortunate. It kind of made me wonder what was happening behind the scenes during the interview process and if there might be some uncomfortable reason behind the rejection. It would have been less awkward if they hadn't offered and then seemingly withheld thafeedback.

Entrevista
Did the initial phone screen and I felt the recruiter didn't ask much about my resume and went straight to a handful behavioral interview questions. Only the first question was why I applied to Hubspot. I am a little disappointed in the process and how impersonal the phone screen felt especially when most of the reviewers here gave high praises.
The first stage was question prompts where users record their answers and are not offered a re-do. There were 4 questions, none of them were very difficult. But it would have been helpful to have more time to process the question.

Entrevista
There was a video interview, one phone interview, and a final virtual video call interview. It was a lengthy candidacy process over about two months, with about a month waiting to hear back after the phone interview.
