      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa HubSpot (Sydney).

      Entrevista

      After submitting my CV, I was approved to do a digital interview via Convey, where you did a number of videos answering questions. I was then approved to book a phone interview with Virlyn Xiao, APAC recruiter for HubSpot Singapore. I chose a later date so I could allocate time to be familiar about Inbound Marketing via HubSpot academy to prepare for the interview, which I thought was great content to use. On the day of the phone interview, Virlyn was held up with unforseen commitments, but thankfully my schedule was flexible to accommodate a later time. Virlyn was great with her questions, which I indirectly answered at times probably due to my nerves at the time. I asked questions about how HubSpot Singapore would be developing their company in South-East and how open they were with hiring foreign employees. Virlyn was open to those questions and gave great information. She was kind enough to give me feedback about how I went when I asked her and that was greatly appreciated. In the end I could not progress further in the interview process because I would be away overseas when the training program in Singapore would begin. Nonetheless, this interview process provided me with great insight and will serve me well for other opportunities.
