I was invited for an interview for a HR Role. Unfortunately, the TA Partner didn't show up for the interview. I call the Recruiter's phone number several times and was left waiting for at least 15 minutes. Few Days later, i received an auto-rejection email from the ATS, stating that I wasn't found suitable when no interview took place.
