The process was good and smooth until it fell apart at the end (where it really matters). I did 3 initial rounds and both the team and HR were responsive and easy to talk to. I was then asked to do a project and in-person presentation at their office, which I thought was a good sign. My presentation went great and then I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. I sent multiple follow-up emails to check in that went unanswered which was really frustrating. When I finally heard back, they said the role I just did 4 rounds of interviews and a project for had been cut and they changed it in to a less Senior role with less pay. They interviewed other people for that role and I got rejected after a 2 month long process. They started out great and I got to talk to some really cool people but ultimately the experience was really disappointing and frustrating.
