Phone interview went smooth. All basic interview questions. Prepare notes before the interview in case you forget things when nervous. Tell us about yourself. Are you ok with working certain hours as well as taking no days off in the 5 week training. was also asked about my salary request.

Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer

I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
