Unfortunately in this case we weren't aligned on skills needed for the salary expectations you had. The position you applied for has a posted salary band specifically for the purpose of making sure expectations are set ahead of time. Though we love the ambition of asking for $20k above the posted band, without having the level of skills and experience to back that up just wasn't a fit for us.
