I answered with a lot of patience, paying full attention to the customer, let the customer know I would do all in my hands to help them out. To speak calm to them in a very respectful manager. Eventually this calms down an angry guest and if you go out and beyond to solve their problem that will make them happy and the guest would return to the store.
