I have explained what was done briefly. I'm sure the interviewer did not do any automations or have any knowledge how it should be done. Interviewer should know what a "validation" actually mean. Any coding or code practice will have essential validation check. A code without checks is a poor code. I explained the lady with my validations to her silly questions which obviously she is not aware.
