I was asked to prepare a case study presentation. The presentation was about deploying the Automation Anywhere RPA suite of solutions to a client. The ask was to create a roadmap of how that would be done in a span of 1-2 years along with how specific elements related to the deployment of RPA would be established. In the case study background it was mentioned that the client already had an RPA expert and had already done internal review and identification of RPA opportunities.

The question asked was to expedite the timing of RPA development from the 5th month i had proposed (bear in mind i was given 1-2 years for this project) to the first 1-2 months. I recommended to start development and scaling of the ideas already identified internally within the client. The feedback i received is that it was the answer they were looking for.
