They Said IT IS Customer Service As Thats What I Was Looking for but this was not the case. I was contacted by phone and email after I applied for another role. When I asked what it was for they said customer service and invited me for an appointment. Thinking that was what is was I arranged a time. Googled the company to try and find the role and job description and found lots of reviews and feedback to suggest this was a misrepresentation of the role and completely opposed to my experience and level I am at with my career. I cancelled as I don’t appreciate my time being wasted and I’m grateful I didn’t traipse into their office and waste more of my precious time.

Easy to follow, you go to the office and wait for room to get interviewed. Monday to Friday all day, Saturday half day. Sunday off. Training is going on the job.
