I hit ‘Quick Apply’ on LinkedIn not expecting much and was contacted within 24 hours by the hiring team. Set up a Zoom interview the next week which was only with who would be my direct manager. The interview was short and sweet, manager was really lovely and personable. They explained the role and asked a bit about my background as I was coming from a different area of clinical research (site, not CRO). I was able to ask questions and we had a lovely chat, then I received a job offer about a week later!
