Start with technical tests (logic, algorithm, programming knowledge).
After passing the technical test, then continue with interview with HR and Regional manager. Not long after that I was offered the job via email.

Technical tests are more to logic, algorithm and pseudocode. Interview questions consist experience, what do you see yourself in 5 years, last salary (standard interview questions)
